How many guests can be accommodated?
This property can accommodate gatherings of up to 350 guests. Talk to Kristin for more details.
Is the venue easy to find?
Yes, we are only seven minutes off of interstate I-94 in Central Wisconsin. Our venue is located on a state highway so you cannot get lost.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
We provide tables and chairs for up to 300 guests. We also offer wood benches to be used at the ceremony site.
What ceremony sites are available?
We offer various ceremony sites and include arbor options. We recommend scheduling a tour of the facility to get a better look at the ceremony site options.
Is there electricity for food, DJ, etc.?
New electricity throughout the entire farm to provide electrical needs for all parties.
What is the alcohol policy?
Garden Valley Gatherings, LLC has a liquor license. We work closely with our bridal parties to create a personalized bar menu to meet their style and budget. No carry-ins are allowed. All beverage needs, including soft drinks, can be fulfilled as requested. Beer, wine, hard liquor, specialty drinks, and kegs are all available. All beverages are affordable.
Do I need to pay extra for licensed bartender?
No. Bartending is provided by Garden Valley Gatherings, LLC. Tips are appreciated!
Can I choose my own catering?
You have the freedom to choose your own catering service. We do offer a list of reliable, local catering companies on the Vendor tab of our website.
Can my elderly family members get around easily?
There is handicap accessibility throughout the entire property.
Do you allow tents/campers?
Yes. Campers and tents are welcome to stay in the hay field overnight at no additional charge.
Is there someone onsite during the day?
Yes, someone is onsite during your event making sure your event runs smoothly and to assist with venue related questions about the grounds or policies. Please inquire for more information on wedding coordinator.
What hours is the property available?
We are one of the only venues that rents our facility out for the entire weekend! You have the availability to arrive Friday and depart Sunday, around noon.
Do we need to carry insurance?
No. Garden Valley Gatherings, LLC. is fully insured.
Can guests smoke on the property?
No open flames or smoking are allowed inside the barn. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.
Where can the bride get ready?
The farmhouse is included in the rental fee for bridal party to get ready at the day-of.
What buildings are available for the day of?
The main historic dairy barn is primarily used for rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour and dancing. The large pavilion located on the same property holds up to 300 people sitting down for dinner or about 350+ for reception or dance. There are bathrooms on site conveniently located next to the historic dairy barn.
Are you close to hotels for overnight guests?
Yes. Hotel chains are a 15-minute drive from this property. KOA Campground is right around the corner and has beautiful cabins available for rent. Please ask about shuttle services if interested. See the Vendor page for more details on accommodations. There are also several AirBnb rentals in the area.
